Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your PACKO™ camera must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, with all included accessories, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at packo.assistance@gmail.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will send you the return instructions and the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at packo.assistance@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.

Once reviewed, we will help make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and fraud prevention reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that are used, damaged after delivery, missing parts or accessories, or not returned in their original packaging.

Gift cards, if offered, are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.

European Union & United Kingdom Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

The item must be returned unused, undamaged, with all included accessories, and in its original packaging.
